Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All online consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the full consultation fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these cases.

For Parents & Learners
If your child is struggling academically and you’re unsure of the next steps, I can help. By gathering a full picture of your child’s needs, I develop an individualized support plan tailored specifically to them. I believe in working collaboratively with everyone involved in your child’s life—including parents, teachers, and therapists—to ensure consistent and effective support. In addition, I provide parents and teachers with practical tools, guidance, and strategies to support your child both at home and in the classroom.
Initial Parent Consultation

This initial consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns regarding your child’s development, including academic, emotional, and social areas. Together, we explore your child’s needs and determine the most appropriate next steps for support.

Feedback Session After the Initial Consultation
60 minutes | R2 500
If you decide, following the initial consultation, that you would like me to assist in developing an individualised support plan for your child, the next step is a feedback session.
Prior to this session, and with your permission, I will review all relevant information, which may include:
- Assessment reports from therapists (occupational therapists, speech therapists, or psychologists)
- Contacting therapists, if necessary
- Communicating with relevant tutors or teachers
- Requesting additional documentation, such as academic reports, test results, and examples of schoolwork
During the feedback session, I will share my findings and discuss a recommended support plan tailored to your child’s specific needs.
Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Educational support
If you are a teacher, educational support therapist/student, or a tutor seeking guidance on educational support matters, I can help. These consultations are ideal if you need support with:
- Information on specific learning disabilities
- Practical tools and strategies to support learners with learning difficulties
- Guidance on starting your own learning support practice
- Any other related educational support queries

Study Methods: Follow-up Session

This session is typically booked after you have completed the initial study method consultation. It provides an opportunity to check in if you are unsure about certain strategies or need additional support with organisation and time management.
